Bodywork has shaped me, and brought me 'home' to my body, and continues to remind me both how delicate and durable we are as human beings. I honestly don't know where I would be without the healing and transformative benefits of bodywork. It is a great honor to offer this work back to others. As a massage & craniosacral therapist, I strive to offer a safe place for my clients to be at home in their bodies, to unwind patterns of tension in their muscles, and realign and re-structure old habitual postural patterns. As a craniosacral therapist, I also strive to support my clients to uncover a deeper sense of resource within their nervous systems and, at times, rebuild a felt-sense of support in the body where there has been trauma.
As a graduate of Boulder Collage of Massage Therapy, Colorado School of Energy Studies, and Naropa University, my approach to bodywork is both firm and gentle, physical and energetic and is informed by 13 years of experience in Northern California and Boulder/Denver areas and on Martha's Vineyard.
I specialize in theraputic massage, biodynamic craniosacral therapy and Acutonics sound healing.
Credentials: Certified Reiki Master (2004), Bachelors of Arts from Naropa University in Early Childhood Education and Traditional Eastern Arts/Yoga (2008), Acutonics® Sound Practitioner with Kairos Institute of Sound Healing (2008), Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist from the Colorado School of Energy Studies (2011) (700 hour vocational training), Massage Therapist from Boulder College of Massage Therapy (2013), Massage Therapist from The Mendocino School of Massage Therapy and Advanced Healing Arts (2004).
