Bodywork has shaped me, and brought me 'home' to my body, and continues to remind me both how delicate and durable I am. I honestly don't know where I would be without the healing and transformative benefits this work has provided. It is a great honor to offer this work back to others. As a bodywork therapist, I strive to offer back a safe place for my clients to be at home in their bodies, to unwind patterns of tension in their muscle tissues, and realign and re-structure old habitual postural holding patterns. As a craniosacral therapist, I also strive to support my clients to uncover a deeper sense of resource within their nervous system and, at times, rebuild a felt-sense of support in the body where there has been trauma.
As a graduate of Boulder Collage of Massage Therapy, Colorado School of Energy Studies, and Naropa University, my approach to bodywork is both firm and gentle, physical and energetic and is informed by 12 years of experience in the Boulder/Denver area. My practice is now based on Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, year around.
I specialize in theraputic massage, biodynamic craniosacral therapy and Acutonics sound healing.
